Jesus Christ was the firstborn of YHWH God's creation. He (Jesus Christ) was there when everything after Him was created and also participated in world and universe creation. 

Revelation 3:14 NKJV
(14) "And to the angel of the church of the Laodiceans write,'These things says the Amen, the Faithful and True Witness (Jesus), the Beginning of the creation of God:

YHWH God knew that the sins of Adam and Eve would effect mankind and separate us from Him. His solution was sending His Son Jesus Christ to die for our sins as a perfect sacrifice. I know you may not understand that but there is a deeper explanation found on this website.

 John 3:16 - 18 NKJV
(16) For God (YHWH) so loved the world that He (YHWH God) gave His only begotten Son (Jesus Christ), that whoever believes in Him (Jesus Christ) should not perish but have everlasting life. (17) For God (YHWH God) did not send His Son (Jesus Christ) into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him (Jesus Christ) might be saved. (18) He who believes in Him (Jesus Christ) is not condemned; but he who does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only begotten Son (Jesus Christ) of God (YHWH).

Remember that Jesus Christ was there when earth and mankind was created and He also participated in our creation. In the same way that our Father YHWH God loves us as His creation Jesus Christ loves us as His creations. So when YHWH God sent His Son Jesus Christ to earth to teach us about God and die for our sins, He (Jesus Christ) willingly came to do so.

Jesus Christ at His resurrection and ascension into heaven completed the task that He was sent by YHWH God to complete and He did it  PERFECTLY! 

He is now seated on a throne at the right hand of the Father YHWH God and has been made KING of KINGS (by YHWH God) and Lord over the earth and all mankind.

(17) that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give to you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of Him (Yahweh God), (18) the eyes of your understanding being enlightened; that you may know what is the hope of His (God's) calling, what are the riches of the glory of His inheritance in the saints, (19) and what is the exceeding greatness of His (God's) power toward us who believe, according to the working of His (God's) mighty power (20) which He (Yahweh God) worked in Christ when He (Yahweh God) raised Him (Jesus Christ) from the dead and seated Him (Jesus Christ) at His (Yahweh God's) right hand in the heavenly places, (21) far above all principality and power and might and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this age but also in that which is to come. (22) And He (YHWH God) put all things under His (Jesus) feet, and gave Him (Jesus) to be head over all things to the church, (23) which is His body, the fullness of Him who fills all in all.
